Kate Walsh’s Divorce Is Getting Down Right Nasty…
It appears that Kate Walsh and Alex Young‘s divorce is heading to a judge. Laura Wasser (Kate’s lawyer) has requested a trial date (not good news) to resolve their issues. Young wants information about the house he and Kate bought before they got hitched, and Kate on the other hand supposedly feels under the gun to give him information he already has. It boils down to Young accusing the accounting firm London & Co. of taking sides with Kate by refusing to take his financial requests. The accounting firm has filed for a protective order against Young, claiming that he continues to annoy them for information regarding the state of the couple’s finances despite giving him everything they have.
How Fast It Ended
The couple called it quits in 2008 after celebrating their first anniversary with Kate filing for divorce in December. Alex wants some of Kate’s money and she is not having it. What makes this story is that the two were only married for 14 months! We sure hope Alex gets NADA!!!! Get a job like everyone else and don’t smooch off your soon to be ex-wife.
