The Game: I Am Not The Father
We knew it. The Game wanted to clear the air about all the rumors about being the father of Tila Tequila‘s baby. The interview conducted by Harry Levin of TMZ quickly shot down any chance of The Game even having a conversation with the crazy reality star. The Game did say that Tequila was in the studio but she was there for his boy and that he didn’t see her. Of course Tila had to tell the world via tweeter to call him a “cumbucket”. DA Tosses Tequila’s Case: Merriman’s A Happy Man
Well, it’s all said and done! The San Diego District Attorney reviewed Tila Tequila’s case and tossed in the trash. The DA has declined to prosecute Shawne Merriman over accusations that the NFL star apparently choked out America’s favorite bisexual.
The San Diego D.A. just released the following statement:
“After a thorough review of the investigation into the Sept. 6, 2009 incident at the Poway home of Shawne Merriman, our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed. The case is now closed.”
Merriman and the Sandiego Chargers definitely had alot to lose here on and off the field. . The General Manager of the San Diego Chargers has issued the following statement:
“It’s really good news for Shawne. We’re happy things worked out for him on the legal front.”

Tila’s Battle Wounds
Baring an arm full of black and blue bruises Tila Tequila poses for pictures in Beverly Hills. The Shot At Love reality star has been keeping a low profile since her citizen’s arrest of her boyfriend San Diego Chargers Shawne Merriman. Tequila who weights only 97 pounds was briefly hospitalized after the altercation because she claims she was choked and restrained by Merriman. The 207 pound football player countered by claiming he was trying to prevent Tila from leaving his house because she was drunk.
So far no charges have been filed and Tequila’s claim on her twitter page that she was going to meet with the San Diego District Attorney’s Office today have proven to be false. According to ESPN Paul Levikow, the communications director for the San Diego County DA’s office confirmed that there is no meeting scheduled with Tequila.
Tila is still tweeting away and she sent out 30 something tweets here is a snippet…
Where else in the law does it say “B*TCH WOULDN’T SLEEP WITH ME AND ALL MY FRIENDS…..SO CHOKE HER AND BEAT HER!” umm…NO!
Im a strong ass woman. I will never be a VICTIM of anything. So when someone lays a hand on me then lies. Its on.
Only criminals make up as much excuses as they can to cover up their crime. I dont need to do that because I am not the criminal. Done.
It’s hard to tell what went on that night but those marks on Tila’s arms are pretty bad. Check out the video below.

Tila Tequila Is Allergic To The Truth
After the September 6th incident at the home of San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman we sorta hoped the facts would come out regarding the assault charge and arrest but we are mistaken. Shawne released the following statement:
“The San Diego Sheriffs Department responded to a citizen’s complaint that was initiated by Tila Nguyen [aka Tila Tequila]. I was taken into custody based upon that complaint. At the time, I was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided. We would all do our best to help a friend if we considered their actions to be detrimental to their personal safety.
I in no way caused any harm to Ms Nguyen, however, paramedics were called and she was examined but no injuries were reported. She was released and has since returned to Los Angeles, California. There have been no charges filed against me. I want to thank the San Diego Sheriffs Department for their professionalism. I will continue to cooperate fully with the Department and I look forward to clearing my name regarding these false allegations. I want to put this behind me so I can continue to focus on a successful season for the San Diego Chargers.”
Tequila took to her twitter account to let everyone know the “truth”:
“I am allergic to alcohol. It has been publicly known for years. That is how I got the name Tila ‘Tequila’ cuz the irony. I cant drink.”
Well it looks like Tequila is not telling the truth because the owner of the Stingaree Nightclub (where Tila and Merriman were partying) James Brennan says that’s a lie because Tila was taking shots of tequila and vodka that night! It looks like Ms. Tequila has some explaining to do!

Tila Tequila Gets Choked Out: Calls 911 On NFL Star
If Tila Tequila isn’t tonguing down some random dude or chick, then she’s spreading her short legs for a magazine shoot…or getting choked out! I suppose in this economy you need to take whatever you can get right? Earlier this morning at 3:45 am 27-year-old Tila, who’s real name is Tila Nguyen, called 911 on San Diego Chargers star Shawne Merriman. San Diego Sheriff’s were called to the scene by the queen bisexual of reality tv due to claims that she was “chocked and physically restrained” by her Merriman because he wouldn’t allow her to leave his house. The Charger was taken into custody shortly after the altercation and accused of battery and false imprisonment. His bail was set at $58,000. Tila was transported to a local hospital and released.
A lawyer for Merriman denied all charges and says Tila was “extremely inebriated” and that Merriman tried to stop her from leaving the home because he didn’t feel it was safe for her to do so.
The two were spotted earlier that night at 1 am as Tila was giving Merriman lapdances at Stingaree nightclub. A spokeswoman for the club said they were there for a friend’s birthday and that “they seemed in good spirits throughout the evening and were enjoying themselves. There was no outward indication of any problem between the two of them.”

Tila Tequila Is Pregnant…Is Diddy The Daddy???
WOW, so here is some really really interesting news. MTV reality star Tila Tequila seems to definitely be pregnant. She took to her blog to make a post that was EXTREMELY interesting, although she didn’t come out and say it. It was VERY obvious that she was letting the world know she’s pregnant. The interesting part is that she alluded to the fact that the daddy is someone in the hip hop world who is “VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY” famous and followed by THOUSANDS on twitter. Could Sean Combs aka Diddy be the daddy? If this is the case, he’s SURELY sticking his spoon in A LOT of honey.

VERYYYY interesting. It has to be Diddy. Who else is that huge in the hip hop world and has that large of a following. Mind you, Diddy is ALWAYS talking about how he loves to twitter at every moment he gets. Are we going to see Diddy man up and step to the plate?
