Perez Puncher Gets Slapped With Lawsuit
Perez needs to let it go. He started a fight and he lost it, let’s not abuse our legal system with frivolous lawsuits. Perez Hilton the attention whore that he is, is suing Polo Molina the road manager for the Black Eyed Peas for $25,000. In the lawsuit Molina is being sued for intentional infliction of emotional distress and batter.
Molina voluntarily turned himself in on Monday to the Toronto cops and was charged with assault. Hilton has hired an attorney Bryan Freedman and released a statement regarding the lawsuit.
“Perez Hilton files this lawsuit to protect his freedom of speech and seeks legal redress against those who have physically assaulted him because they do not like his review of their album. Whether you love Perez or hate him, he is entitled to his freedom of speech without fear of physical violence. This lawsuit will make the statement that violence is never the answer.
Molina is due back in court on August 5. Since Hilton has apologized to the gay community for his homophobic slurs maybe an apology by Molina will do?

John Mayer Tells Perez He Deserved It
Goodness this is getting so juicy we love it. It’s like high school all over again without the pimples and awkwardness. So last night John Mayer gave Perez Hilton a piece of his mind regarding the incident with Will.i.am and guess what? It was all on twitter! Don’t you just love it?! John basically told Perez he could have handled the whole entire situation better (which is very true) and his beatdown should serve as a learning lesson. We sure hope so. Perez Hilton Is In Trouble With The Gays
It looks like the truth is coming out about blogger Perez Hilton’s claims of being beat down by Will.i.am at the Much Music Video Awards. No, Will.i.am did not hit Perez like he said BUT Perez did call Will.i.am a faggot. “I don’t need to respect you, and you’re a faggot,” Hilton said, addressing will.i.am, in the video, which was posted yesterday. “You’re gay, and stop being such a faggot.”
Thank goodness GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) is coming out against the blogger because of his homophobic slurs he spewed at Will.i.am. Rashad Robinson, GLAAD’S senior director of Media Programs released this statement:
“These are vulgar antigay slurs that feed a climate of hatred and intolerance toward our community. For someone in our own community to use it to attack another person by saying that it is ‘The worst possible thing that thug would ever want to hear,’ is incredibly dangerous.” Robinson added: “[Perez] legitimizes use of a slur that is often linked to violence against our community. And it sends a message that it is OK to attempt to dehumanize people by exploiting antigay attitudes.”
Perez is obviously a troublemaker and looking for sympathy but he is not getting it from anyone. In defense of his irreprehensible behavior and his vulgar words Perez released a statement to TMZ:
“I am saddened GLAAD chose to victimize me further by criticizing me for how I non-violently dealt with a very scary situation that, unfortunately, turned violent. While I doubt I will get an apology from GLAAD, nor do I expect one, I would just hope people know how difficult it is to intellectualize a situation and think rationally when a thug disguised as a musician is screaming at your face and intimidating you. I am just very fortunate and grateful that nothing more serious happened to me.”
Perez should issue an apology to Will.i.am for his behavior but also to the gay community especially since he is supposed to be a gay advocate but we all know that won’t happen.

Blogger Perez Hilton Gets A Black Eye From The Black Eyed Peas!
Yes! The blogger Perez Hilton got his ass kicked by a member of Will.i.am’s entourage or fan last night for talking crap about the Black Eyes Peas new album. The fight all went down in Toronto, Canada at the 2009 Much Music Video Awards but let’s take it a step back and let us tell you the story of how it all began.
Black Eyed Peas vs. Perez Hilton
So, the Black Eyed Peas released their new album “The E.N.D.” and the blogger Perez Hilton didn’t like it so he took his blog to tell the world about it unfortunately the band didn’t care for it. Fergie confronted Perez in the club Ultra Supper Club about his posts the argument continued at the club Cobra where Will.i.am also had a few words for the blogger basically telling Perez to stop writing about him and the Black Eyed Peas. The words turned into fists being thrown at each other outside of the club. Perez called Will.i.am a faggot outside of the club and according to who you want to believe Perez or Will.i.am a fan or Will.i.am’s manager punched the blogger in the face several times causing a serious black eye to the blogger.
Perez took to his twitter account to tell everyone what happened because either the Toronto police took too long to come to the club or Perez never called the cops and did this as a publicity stunt.

“I’m in shock. I need the police ASAP.Please come to the Soho Metropolitan Hotel now.Please.”
“I was assaulted by Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding.Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.”
An hour after Hilton’s Tweets, Will.i.am created a Twitter account and basically slammed Hilton for his blatant “lies”. The singer then posted a video, which is below responding to Hilton’s claims of assault. Perez saw the video and made a video of his own below (a very long video) to counter Will.i.am’s.
At this point the battle is being played out on each other’s blogs. We are not sure if Hilton filed a police report. Who do you guys believe? Will.i.am or Perez? Either way it can’t hurt the sales of the Black Eyed Peas album which is currently No.1 on the Billboard 200, selling 304,000 albums making this the best sales week ever for the group and their first No.1 album.
