WTF? Anna Nicole Investigated In Murder For Hire Plot
Goodness everything comes out when you die. The FBI investigated reality tv star Annie Nicole Smith back in 2000-2001 for a plot to kill her tycoon husband’s son, who she was battling for his late dad’s multi-million dollar fortune. If you guys recall Smith was 26 years-old when she married 89 year-old J. Howard Marshall II, owner of Great Northern Oil Company, whose wealth was estimated by Forbes to be $550 million in 1992. They met while she was a topless dancer at a Texas strip club. Marshall died of natural causes in 1995, a little more than a year after they married. Fast forward to 2000 and the FBI believed that Anna Nicole may have been involved in a murder for hire plot.
Smith’s FBI records depict an investigation going on as the court battled raged over J. Howard Marshall II‘s humongous estate. Large sections of the 100 pages of released materials, a fraction of Smith’s full FBI file, are completely whited out, which no evidence of her involvement in such a plot is detailed.
No one knows how the FBI found out about the plot but FBI agents did interview Smith on July 3, 2000. When told why she was being questioned, “Smith began crying and denied ever making such plans,” the report said.
“Smith adamantly denied ever contemplating such a crime,” an agent wrote, and prosecutors eventually agreed the case could not go forward. The case seemed to be finalized on April 26, 2001, in a letter to the FBI from Sally Meloch, an assistant U.S. attorney, said she reviewed the reports but “determined that there is insufficient evidence to establish that there was a murder-for-hire plot by Ms. Smith to kill Pierce Marshall.”
The legal battle between the Marshall estate and Nicole Smith is still being settled in courts. Greedy ass Howard K. Stern, Smith’s mother, and other crumb snatchers attempted to stake a claim on Marshall’s fortunes but it’s not going to work because all of the money will go Anna Nicole’s daughter Dannielynn.

Delay In Anna Nicole Case For Psychiatrist, Lawyer
An LA county judge has granted a delay for Anna Nicole’s former lawyer murderer Howard K. Stern and her psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich. The two have been charged in the accidental overdose death of the 39 year-old Playboy playmate Anna Nicole Smith in Hollywood, Florida in 2007. Howard K. Stern has been labeled the “principal enabler” by the California Attorney General Jerry Brown. At the time of her death Anna Nicole had a total of 11 prescription medications in her hotel room which prosecutors said included valium, vicodin, ambien, xanax, and methadone. The prescriptions were all in Howard’s name, and Dr. Eroshevich is alleged to have prescribed some of the medication.
Stern and Eroshevich each have been charged with single count of felony conspiracy, and additional offenses, including administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict, and unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance. The other person in the case is Dr. Sandeep Kapoor who will be arraigned on May 13th.

Howard K. Stern druggin’ Anna Nicole “Lies And Rumors”
Well that’s what Howard K.Stern’s lawyer Krista Barth says and oh yeah he will be exonerated. I know everyone is entitle to a fair trial blah blah blah but two people have mysteriously died under his care. This is the same guy who claimed Dannielynn was his daughter. I am looking forward to the spectacle his trial will make.

Anna Nicole’s Ex-Boyfriend Busted For Drug Charges
Howard K. Stern the former lawyer and boyfriend of Playboy playmate Anna Nicole Smith was arrested for conspiring to supply drugs to Nicole. The arrest comes two years after her death from a overdose of prescription drugs. Her former doctors Sandeep Kapoor, 40, and Khristine Eroshevich, 61 were also charged with felonies for prescribing medication unlawfully to Smith. What took so long to get the arrests?
