This past Wednesday night at La Guardia Airport in New York City, Woody Harrelson thought his life was on the line when he was apparently attacked by a zombie. Are you readers a bit confused? No need to worry…we were too. Woody just wrapped up a film called “Zombieland”, where he plays a character that is “the most frightened person on Earth” looking to hide away from the zombies. Shortly after his arrival, he was smothered by paparazzi, and Woody put the smack down on one of them apparently hitting him in the face and smashing his camera. The TMZ photographer was caught on video yelling to someone on the phone saying the following:
“Woody, this is assault. Woody, this is assault. Woody, chill out. Would you please chill out? I’m being chased by Woody Harrilson while I’m talking to you. He hit me in my face, he broke my friggin’ camera, he broke the camera in pieces!”
Woody is currently being sued by another TMZ photographer from an alleged assault that occured in 2006. So you wonder what Woody’s response is?
“I wrapped a movie called ‘Zombieland,’ in which I was constantly under assault by zombies, then flew to New York, still very much in character. With my daughter at the airport I was startled by a paparazzo, who I quite understandably mistook for a zombie.”
Wow…Woody we do love your acting and can possibly…..slightly ….mayyyyyybe believe that you were for some odd reason still in character, but zombies at La Guardia Airport? Isn’t there a no smoking law for any passengers on planes? We are thinking that Mr Harrelson may have had a quick run in with Mr Cheeba.
