Spike Lee + Bobby D Team Up For ShowTime
Can you get more New York than Spike Lee or Robert Deniro? Fuggedaboutit. The two have joined forces to develop a drama series called AlphaVille that takes place during the 1980′s in Manhattan’s neighborhood of Alphabet City. The drama will focus on what New York City was back in the day–high crime rates,bad ass drug dealers, aspiring rappers, and struggling artists and families. I have feeling this is gonna be a must see tv show!
