Andre 3000 Needs To Slow Down
Andre 3000 from the rap group Outkast was arrested for speeding in Atlanta, Georgia . Poor Andre was clocked at 109 mph in a 65mph speed zone. Andre was swiftly taken to Henry County Jail where he took his beautiful mug shot and also posted $1,200 bail.
