Guru of Gang Starr In Coma After Heart Attack
Hip hop pioneer Guru of the group Gang Starr sadly suffered a heart attack and is set to go in to surgery today (March 1). According to a Sirius radio interview with his group member DJ Premier, he is currently in a coma. The 43-year-old Guru, whose real name is Keith Elam, released a solo album in May 2009 called “Lost and Found,” which ended a two-year break following his fourth Jazzmatazz album, “The Hip-Hop Jazz Messenger: Back to the Future.”

Breaking News: Jay Leno Admitted to Hospital
Jay Leno was admitted to the hospital today after complaining he wasn’t feel well. There was no confirmation if he drove himself or if he was driven, but there are reports stating that he will not be attending tonight’s taping, and taking off tomorrow as well.
A rep for “The Tonight Show” stated:
“Leno will miss Friday’s episode as well. But, the rep adds, “Jay Leno is doing just fine. He was kidding around with the hospital staff and running his monologue jokes by the doctors and the nurses. He’s expected back to work on Monday.”

BREAKING NEWS: Hostage situation, 13 dead
Today in downtown Binghamton New York, a gunman opened fire at an immigration services center, killing as many as 13 people before authorities found him dead, officials said. Gov.David Paterson moments ago appeared on a news conference stating that 12 or 13 people had been killed. Law enforcement officials had stated that the gunman’s body was found in an office of the American Civic Associationbuilding. They were not authorized to give any more detail. The gunman blocked the rear door of the building with his car and entered through the front door, firing his weapon, the official said.
