Can Dr. Drew Save DMX?
It seems that at least every 4 months we are posting some kind of incident with DMX, and sadly enough we’re back at it again. Earlier today 39-year-old DMX (Earl Simmons) was arrested in Arizona. He allegedly violated the terms of his probation by using illegal drugs over the last nine months. Sadly enough, his mug shot says it all.
Now the hip hop star’s lawyer Gery Jenkins is reaching out to the man that is known for saving the stars…The one and only Dr. Drew Pinsky. Jenkin’s told TMZ:
“He’s been battling addiction for some time and he’s in need of treatment. We’re hoping that maybe Dr. Drew might be able to help him.”
This is by far not DMX’s first charge stemming from drugs, so do you all really think that Dr. Drew will be able to save the X man? Does this mean we may see him throwing tantrums and spittin’ freestyles on VH1’s hot reality show, Celeb Rehab or Sober House? Let’s hope so, and we hope he can bounce back from this quickly.
Zoe Saldana Can’t Live Without Sex
Boinnnnggg. Not only is Zoe Saldana talented but she really digs having hot sex. In an interview with Essence Magazine Zoe went through all 26 letters in the alphabet and when she reached the letter “S” the actress let us know about her love for sex!
“I love sex. Love it, love it, love it… Can’t live without it. I love skin. I don’t believe the body is something to hide.”
Well we don’t either. Tell us more Zoe 
“I have a very strong character and I like to be challenged. Men’s clothing makes me feel empowered so I often wear a man’s suit. Sometimes I think I should have been born a guy! I wear black a lot and I like solid colors. Like me, they’re independent, bold and decisive.”

Zoe also didn’t rule out doing an X Rated film.

Lindsay Lohan Thinks This Baby Is Actually Her
Can someone please smack some sense into Lindsay Lohan? The unemployed actress is suing Etrade for $100 million dollars because she thinks the“milkaholic” baby girl is modeled after her. Lohan filed a lawsuit yesterday in Nassau County alleging that the online brokerage’s use in the ad of the girl, also named Lindsay, improperly invoked used her“likeness, name, characterization, and personality” without permission, violating her right of privacy.
Linds–stop, stop–just stop– right now. I can’t take this chic! She is just so far gone. I’ve seen this commercial so many times and guess what? I never thought WOW That Reminds Me Of Lindsay Lohan. I am surprise she even got a lawyer to take the case. Besides that how many Lindsay are there? You got it too many to count. In a recent interview Lindsay admitted to her addictions.
“It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs.”
Just to give you guys a quick recap of the ad it goes like this:
A baby boy is apologizing to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before because he was on E*Trade diversifying his funds. The camera pans to the girl who asks “And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?”
It then switches back to the boy, who uneasily replies “Lindsay?” before another baby girl, presumably Lindsay Lohan, moves into the frame and asks, “Milk-a-what?”
In case you were wondering where the $100 million came from (because Lohan is not worth that much at least not now) here is the breakdown. The 23-year-old actress seeks $50 million for compensatory damages and $50 million for exemplary damages. She also demanded that E*Trade stop running the ad and turn over all copies to her. Yea right.
Is Tiger Out of the Woods With Elin?
We don’t know but they were wait,,, wait for it,,, KISSING! (gasp). Tiger Woods and Elin were caught on Monday so what’s next? a possible public display of affection for papparazzi? Radar Online is reporting:
“They were hugging and they were kissing right out in the open. Elin is certainly a lot more relaxed these days and so is he. People in the neighborhood are getting used to seeing them together again.”
Hmm, let’s not take this first base kiss as meaning anything. He did screw 14 skanks repeatedly for who knows how long. Elin and Tiger still live in separate houses but there are some rumors that the couple could be moving in back together. Only time will tell with these two. What do you think? D’Angelo Busted For Trying To Get A $40 Hooker
What the f*^k is going on with D’Angelo? His fall from grace is just gettting worse. The once sexy singer who had women throwing themselves at him has hit hard times. Michael Archer (D’Angelo) was arrested in New York’s West Village (between Greenwich and Horatio streets) at about 2:30 a.m. this morning when he spotted a woman he took to be a prostitute, sources said.
The only problem is that the prostitute was a undercover policewoman. D’Angelo offered the cop $40 for oral sex but was promptly arrested. The How Does It Feel singer also had $12,000 cash stashed in his pimped out Range Rover SUV. He was arrested and charged with solicitation after asking the woman for sex, the sources said.
Of course this isn’t the first time the Grammy award winning singer has been arrested. Rewind back to January 2005 when D’Angelo received a three-year suspended sentence for cocaine possession (that’s where the mugshot is from). Damn, 2005 must have been his year because he also had his license suspended for 18 months because of a marijuana possession charge and drunk driving. The worst part is that his new album is supposed to released sometime this year! From the looks of it he still needs to lose some weight to get back to his old self. This guy is a moron he should have known something was wrong when she had all of her teeth.
Video: Lil Wayne Goes To Jail–Finally!
Lil Wayne is finally in jail and it only took a couple of dentist appointments and a courthouse fire to get him there. It was PURE CHAOS is lower Manhattan with photographers and fans all trying to get shot of the rapper. Accompanying Lil Wayne to court was rapper Slim and Cash Money records co-founder Bryan “Birdman” Williams. Dwayne Carter was sentenced for attempted criminal possession of a weapon after a plea agreement in which Carter gave up his right to appeal over a case in which a gun was found in his tour bus in July 2007.
In his free time before heading to do his time Weezy had time to make 9 videos, make a guest appearance at Jay-Z’s concert at MSG, and also film a documentary for MTV called “Road to Rikers” . What an idiot this kid is.
“The Wire” Actor Jamie Hector “Starring” In Real Life Court Case
Seeing Jamie Hector again makes me reminisce about one of HBO’s best television program– The Wire–. Hector portrayed the calm, cool, and collected Baltimore drug kingpin. Now that those days are over we can catch Brooklyn native sitting in court with his lawyer buddy Kenneth Thompson, who is representing a baker suing the Westin Times Square hotel.
Hector said:
“I love what I do and if there is any way I can apply his methods in what I do, experience and observation always help,”
According to the New York Daily News Thompson’s client Moises Mendez is suing the Westin hotel chain and its parent company Starwood for a whopping $38 million in a racial discriminatory case. Mendez claims he was threatened and punched and subjected to racial slurs while working at the hotel. Co-workers allegedly came up with a vulgar nickname to mock his surgical scars from intestinal surgery. How the hell can anyone see your intestinal scars unless you show them?
This case sounds kinda bogus to me but there is a ton of mula on the line.
The lawyer who is representing Starwood is calling the whole story bluff because Mendez is a bipolar maniac who used the same nicknames as his accusers. Did we mention that he still works for the Westin Hotel? yeah.. so this is a total waste of taxpayers money but at least it gives Jamie Hector some extra time to do some research for another role maybe? possibly a Wall Street lawyer?
Hector has a couple of movies slated for release this year according to Imdb.com (none of which have to do with the law)–Bury Me Standing, The Suspect of St. Marks Place, and Just Another Day.
Brooke Burke Gets Co-Host Job on DWTS
The very sexy Brooke Burke is going to be putting on her dancing shoes again as co-host of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. Brooke couldn’t control her happiness when she found out she had been cast.
AAAAHHHGGGGG!!! That’s me screaming and jumping up and down! I love hosting live TV, but I am especially excited to be back in the red room dishing with the contestants because I know what they are going through, and I promise you its really scary!!!

The Kanye Moment At The Oscars
Who knew there would be drama at the Oscars? Last night we got a glimpse into the bad blood that has been going on between the Best Documentary Short filmmaker winner “Music by Prudence” and his producer. Director Roger Ross Williams was so excited to win that he ran down to the stage to begin his acceptance speech when the producer Elinor Burkett pulled a Kanye West moment and took the mic from Williams!
“The man never lets the woman talk,” she said. “Isn’t that just the classic thing?”
Burkett never gave the mic back to Williams! in an interview with Salon.com the very rude Burkett attempted to give her side of the story.
“What happened was the director and I had a bad difference over the direction of the film that resulted in a lawsuit that has settled amicably out of court. But there have been all these events around the Oscars, and I wasn’t invited to any of them. And he’s not speaking to me. So we weren’t even able to discuss ahead of the time who would be the one person allowed to speak if we won. And then, as I’m sure you saw, when we won, he raced up there to accept the award. And his mother took her cane and blocked me. So I couldn’t get up there very fast.”
Wait…Wait..did she just say Williams mother tried to trip her with a cane?? OMG!! that is hilarious. But my question is why did Burkett feel entitled to give the acceptance speech? The director owns it not you boo.
Burkett even had the never to try to blame it on Williams:
“He won’t talk to me! This whole week, there have been events thrown by the International Documentary Association, and he hasn’t passed any of the invitations on to me.
The movie was my idea. I live in Zimbabwe. Roger had never even heard of Zimbabwe before I told him about this. And you know, I felt my role in this has been denigrated again and again, and it wasn’t going to happen this time.”
Roger Ross Williams is not believing a word Elinor Burkett says. Salon.com interviewed him too.
Williams on Elinor thinking that she found the movie’s story.
No, not at all. The truth is that she saw the band perform [in Zimbabwe], and told me about that, and then I opened up a dialogue with the [King George VI School & Centre for Children with Physical Disabilities] school and went on my own – which you would’ve heard about in my speech — and spent $6,000 going to Africa shooting myself. And when people expressed interest in the film, I asked her to come on board. And then I regretted that decision. Then she sued.
Williams on Burkett pulling a Kanye West at the Oscars:
“She did! She pulled a Kanye. And it’s a shame, because this is such positive, happy film.”
And for the record Williams said his mom is 87 years old and she never used her cane to block Burkett.
It would have been nice if Elinor stayed in her damn seat and didn’t ruin Roger Ross Williams’ moment. What you think? Is it ever fair to interrupt a speech at the Oscars? We are glad that Roger was a gentleman.
